About Poodle

Poodle is a small, independent online shop for everyday dog and cat essentials: the things you reach for on walks, at mealtimes, at grooming time and when it's time for a nap.

What we look for

Useful every day. Things that earn their place by the door, in the cupboard or next to the food bowl.
Easy to clean. Fur, drool and muddy paws happen. We favour things you can wipe, wash or shake out.
Clear details. We're working to show measurements and materials on every product page. If something isn't clear, ask us and we'll find out before you buy.

Who we are

Poodle is a small independent business based in India, selling online to pet owners in the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan.

We don't make our products ourselves. We choose them from pet-product makers and have them sent to you from our partner warehouses, which is why delivery takes a little longer than it would from a local shop. We'd rather tell you that up front.

How ordering works

Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 per order to every country we ship to.
Tracking on every order: you'll get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery times for each country are in our shipping policy.
No returns or exchanges: please check sizes and details before you buy. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, or doesn't arrive, email us and we'll put it right, without you sending anything back. See our refund policy for the details.
Prices in US dollars: your bank converts the amount if your card uses another currency.
