1. About these terms

These terms of service ("Terms") apply when you visit or buy from the Poodle online store (the "Store"). "Poodle", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Store; "you" means anyone who visits or buys from it.

By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. Please read them before you order.

2. Using the Store

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  • You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order, including your contact details and delivery address.
  • You must not use the Store for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works (for example through viruses, scraping or automated ordering).

3. Products

We try to describe and show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements are approximate, so please check the size details on the product page before ordering. If anything isn't clear, contact us before you buy, because we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Our products are pet accessories and pet toys, not toys for children. Please supervise your pet when using toys and accessories, check them regularly for wear or damage, and stop using anything that is damaged.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a fee.
  • Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order and is shown at checkout. Taxes are handled as described in our Shipping policy.
  • Prices and availability can change at any time, but a change won't affect an order we have already accepted.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there's an obvious error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't give refunds for change of mind. Cancellations, and what we do if an order is lost, damaged or wrong, are covered by our Refund policy. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Intellectual property

The Store's content, including its text, graphics, logo, photos and layout, belongs to us or the people who license it to us. You may view it and print it for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The Store runs on Shopify, and payments and deliveries are handled by third-party providers whose own terms may apply to the parts of the service they provide. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only, and we aren't responsible for their content.

9. Our responsibility to you

We'll provide our products and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, the Store and its content are provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business, profit or data. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that can't be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
